Matt Dale
Director of Operations

Matt Dale attended Purdue University & graduated in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business management & marketing with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He launched his career as a Growth Management Representative for chrisad, where he helped more than 60 dental practices grow their businesses. Matt has always been fascinated with the business side of the dental field & is passionate about improving the lives of dentists & patients alike.

Matt is happily married to his wife Makyla & has two cats, Nala & Jax. He’s also a sports aficionado & loves to play & watch basketball & football in his spare time.

Theresa Dale
Business Manager

Theresa graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has been happily married to Dr. Dale since 1992 & has been involved with Dale Family Dentistry in different areas of business throughout the years. She officially joined the team as the Business Manager in 2011.

She & Dr. Dale have been blessed with two terrific children, Alex & Matthew, & a new son-in-law, Quinn. She & Dr. Dale both grew up in Jeffersonville. They are proud members & volunteers of the Indiana campus of Southeast Christian Church in Jeffersonville.

Kim Young
Office Manager

Kim graduated from the Academy of Dental Assisting in 2005. She has three years of oral surgery experience & has been a blessing to our staff since April 2008.

Kim has a wonderful husband, two fabulous young boys & a German Short-haired Pointer dog named Camo. When Kim is not hard at work, she enjoys outside activities, spending time with her family & attending Northside Christian Church in New Albany.

Lynn Newton
Clinical Supervisor/Dental Assistant, EDDA

Lynn has been in the dental field since 1995, after graduating from the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry with an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant license. She later updated her Expanded Duty skills at IUPUI in 2012. Lynn has been a wonderful part of our team on & off since 1997. Due to her husband’s career, she has had the opportunity to work in other states, but happily keeps returning to work beside Dr. Dale & his amazing staff. She is our little “boomerang.”

Lynn is a wonderful assistant who we, as well as our patients, very much enjoy having a part of our dental family. She truly enjoys helping others & loves bringing a newfound confidence to our patients when it comes to their dental health. Lynn is very compassionate & welcomes everyone to our office with a big smile, just like family.

When Lynn is not with us here at Dale Family Dentistry, she enjoys spending time outdoors & at sporting events with her husband, Mark, & three remarkable kids, Whitney, Alex & Sydney, adorable grandson, Jaxon, & we can’t forget her adorable pot-belly pig, Winston!

Roxie Smith, RDH
Dental Hygienist

Roxie is a very talented dental hygienist who joined our team at Dale Family Dentistry in October 2015. A graduate of Indiana University in 2005, Roxie brings over 10 years of dental hygiene experience to our team. Her favorite part of dental hygiene is building relationships with patients & helping them achieve & maintain excellent oral health.

In July of 2015, Roxie & her husband moved to Southern Indiana with their French Bulldog, Lola. A lot has changed since then! They have since added two new members to their family. They adopted another French Bulldog, Emma, in April of 2016, & in February of 2017 welcomed their beautiful daughter, Teagan.

In her free time, Roxie is enjoying being a new mom & spending time with her husband & two dogs. She also enjoys yoga, running, traveling, reading & anything outdoors.

Dental Hygienist

Carrie is an excellent Dental Hygienist who has recently joined our growing team at Dale Family Dentistry. She has been practicing dental hygiene for 5 years & graduated from the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry. Her favorite part about practicing dental hygiene is educating our patients about their smiles.

Carrie lives in the Sellersburg area with her husband, Kory, & young daughter, Marley. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as participating in Crossfit fitness, golf, reading, baking, & playing outdoor yard games.

Kristine Jenssen
Dental Assistant, EDDA

Kristine has been a valuable asset to our team at Dale Family Dentistry since 2001. She graduated from North Dakota State College with a certificate in dental assisting & has been working in the dental field for 30 years. We are blessed to have her experience on our team!

Kristine is married to her husband, Roger, & they have three loving cats, Patches, Boots & Frannie. Kristine has been a dedicated volunteer at the Animal Protection Association (APA) for many years & promotes various fundraising events for APA on WAVE3 Sunrise News. She has also volunteered with Americorps & Metro United Way in Joplin, MO, Henryville, IN, & Moore, OK helping with recovery efforts in these tornado-ravaged communities. Kristine also enjoys participating in competitions & classes in shooting, survival techniques & women’s self-defense.

Suzette Broady
Hygiene Coordinator/Dental Assistant, EDDA

Suzette graduated from the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry in 1996 with an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant license. She has blessed many patients with her contagious smile & assisting skills in the field of dentistry for over 20 years. She has now been blessing our patients here at the Dale Family Dentistry since May of 2014.

Suzette has a wonderful son, Nick, & a dog, Buddy, whom they rescued eight years ago & who loves being a part of their family. Her son is on the high school football team & enjoys hunting, therefore, keeping her very busy with activities. When she is not busy with work or family, Suzette enjoys reading a good book on her back porch, watching a movie or going to a drag race.
