Another visit to Dale Family today, number 6 I think. Harley cleaned my teeth, Dr. McGraw checked on my gum issues. Harley is the best, aways smiling and cheerful. All of the Dentists are very nice, friendly and thorough. My 5th visit to Dale Family... Harley is so friendly and kind. Seeing Harley is like visiting family. She takes care of my needs and puts me at ease, explains everything and answers any questions I have. The facilities are amazing, dentists and all staff are friendly. Great place! My 2nd visit, same great vibe. DR. Ferlita had to pull a molar, but the most impressive thing was he, himself called me to let me know this was needed. He had reviewed all the images taken at my 1st visit and called me to let me know what he found. I had told him that I had felt that there had been an issue for about 2 years and he found the answer after one visit. I told him and his assistant that I hate shots in my gums, after topical numbing, I didn't even really feel the needle go in. Thank you Dr. Ferlita and staff, you made this a less painful visit. 3rd and 4th visits, same great service and care. Harley was wonderful. She is so kind and explains everything she is doing. She understands that I hate the necessary shots for numbing, she makes sure there is as little discomfort as possible. All of the Doctors who have administered those shots have been so kind and understand my issue. Harley is a great asset to this practice.

Always kind, informative, gentle and patient. I’m 61, and in all my years of going to the dentist, only 3 dentists have not hurt me. Dale Dentistry is one of those 3. Of course, the initial shot hurts, (when I have to have a filling, which I’ve had plenty of throughout my life) but they’re as gentle and attentive as anyone can be, always ready to allow for breaks - my jaws get tired quickly (TMJ) - and always willing to give me the time I need so I don’t feel anxious or rushed. Often times, they know when/if I feel something before I even raise my hand for a break. Very attentive. Dale Dentistry is a rare find for me and I’m very happy to have them in the life of my teeth. Joanie does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and visiting with her is like going to a hair salon. Cheerful, gentle, chatty in a good way, knowledgeable and just straight out warm and friendly.
