First and foremost, I want to start off by saying I am not a walk in the park patient… I am high maintenance and high anxiety! However, Dale has made every phone call and every visit feel like I’m meant to be there. Dr. Heinz, his assistant Jessica, and the hygienist Julie were the greatest experience I could ever have at the dentist. I came in for a deep cleaning and two fillings and the whole time they were focused on me. They eased my anxiety so much and made the experience the best I’ve had at a dentist office. I requested to have Julie again in two weeks when I come back in for my other deep cleaning and she put it in her calendar to make sure I had someone I could trust. I HIGHLY recommend Dale. I won’t go anywhere else and I actually look forward to going and seeing them to keep my teeth in great shape. Update: 24 hours after my SRP, I took an excedrin not thinking about the aspirin in it and my healing process. My gum started bleeding heavily and developed a liver clot in several areas. It continued for 7 hours despite gauze and pressure, so I went to the ER where they put epinephrine cream on my gums. This did not stop the bleeding at all and I continued to bleed another couple hours. I called Dale right at 8 and they got me in at 8:30. Dr. Ferlita was so prompt and caring and fixed the issue quick while explaining everything. Although the situation wasn’t ideal, Dale once again was an amazing experience in a stressful situation. Could not recommend them more.

I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist. Since I started coming to Dale Family Dentistry they have made it easier for me to step in the door. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The early morning hours make it perfect for me. I have always been able to get in quickly for emergency’s. There hours are wonderful.
