We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Kim

Kim graduated from the Academy of Dental Assisting in 2005 with a dental assistant certification. She has three years of oral surgery experience, and has worked for Dr. Dale since April 2008.

Kim has a wonderful husband and two fabulous young boys. When Kim is not at work she enjoys doing outside activities, spending time with family, and attending Northside Christian Church in New Albany.

Why I like to work for Dr. Dale:
Being part of a dental practice has been my desire since I was a child. I always remember loving to go to the dentist. Knowing now, that I can help others have a positive experience coming to the dentist gives me great satisfaction. Giving patients great care is what I enjoy; being able to spend my day here at Dale Family Dentistry is an incredible opportunity.

Dr. Dale has a tremendous amount of passion for his practice and takes time with each patient to reach perfection. I admire the fact that Dr. Dale brings his Christian values into his practice, it is amazing to be part of such a pleasant office that cares about all of their patients. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to be welcomed into Dale Family Dentistry and to take care of so many remarkable patients.

 

Dental Assistant

Kristine

Kristine graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She has worked in the dental field for 22 years, and for Dr. Dale since 2001.

Kristine is married, and she and her husband have three cats. She is an active volunteer with the Animal Protection Association and at Petsmart helping find loving homes for cats and dogs. Her hobbies include gardening, cross stitch, painting, making hand-made cards, and scrap-booking. Kristine is proud to be a North Dakota native!

Why I love working for Dr. Dale:
I love working with Dr. Dale because he really cares about each and every patient and does the very best he can for each person. He provides very high quality dentistry, always makes sure everything is just right, and will provide the patient with the best restorative care possible to get the most longevity. I have the same values in providing quality care for each patient, so this is part of what has made us a great team for 8 years and counting!

Children, preteens, and teens all enjoy seeing Dr. Dale. He has a great knack for communicating with them and making their experience the best it can be. We hear comments all the time about how easy everything was for them!

Dr. Dale also routinely gets compliments on how well he gives injections. I am thankful to work with someone who has such a great talent on what can sometimes be the hardest part of someone’s whole appointment!

I love seeing how our whole dental team works together for optimal care of our patients! Seeing their smiles and hearing all of the compliments make me happy to know we have made a difference in their dental health.

 

Dental Hygienists

Janna Furnish

Janna graduated from the University of Louisville in 1995 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the Indiana Dental Hygiene Association. She has practiced for Dr. Dale since 1999.

Janna and her husband Mark, live in Henryville, IN along with their two daughters. They are active members of Safe Harbor Christian Church, and are committed to serving the Lord through the local church and other community services.

Why I like to work for Dr. Dale:
I have been one of the hygienists here at Dale Family Dentistry since the spring of 1999. What a blessing to work in a practice where great quality dentistry is combined with a God honoring atmosphere. I appreciate the opportunity to serve our patients with a skilled caring staff here. Kay Gibson

Kay graduated from East Tenn. State University with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing for 28 years, and has been with Dr. Dale since 2005.

Kay is married to Pete, and she has one daughter, who keeps her on her toes! Kay and her familiy are proud members of Wallstreet United Methodist Church. In her free time she enjoys golfing, reading, and watching any college level sports.

Why I love working for Dr. Dale:
I have been employed as a dental hygienist for over 25 years. It has been great working with Dr. Dale and his staff for the last five years. He is honest, caring, and compassionate. I have referred several friends and family members to the office and they love it. He’s not only a fun person to work for, which is important for me, he is skillful and knowledgeable and cutting edge, which is of the utmost importance in the highly competitive field of dentistry.

Sherri Lyons

Sherri is excited to rejoin Dale Family Dentistry as Patient Care Coordinator. Sherri is an Indiana native who grew up in Clarksville. She and her husband, Pete, have two fantastic kids and currently reside in New Albany. As a follower of Jesus, Sherri hopes to show the love of Christ in all she does, whether serving at church or at the office. Sherri enjoys camping, sewing, reading and spending time with her family.

Why I love working for Dr. Dale:
In my opinion, Dr. Dale and his team are professional and authentic. I love being part of a team that has the same goals, with an emphasis on excellence and genuine concern for our patients. As someone who understands the apprehension that can come with dental treatment, I greatly appreciate the thought and effort that goes into preparing and caring for each patient. Dr. Dale’s skill and demeanor quickly put patients at ease, and the staff strives to make each visit a positive experience. I love getting to help people enjoy coming to the dentist!
