It is our pleasure to announce some exciting new changes we’ve made to serve you better:
- New Name: Dale Family Dentistry…Creating positive dental experiences for patients of all ages has always been our goal, and we’ve changed our name to help get the word out.
- New Office Location... We’ve relocated our office to 2241 State Street in New Albany which is right off Highway 265, exit #1. This will benefit you by offering the same hours with more room, more comfort, and a more convenient location! Look for our sign on State Street (beside Chick-fil-a.)
- New In-Network Insurance …We accept most insurances, either as an in network or out of network provider. Along with Delta Premier, we now participate with Cigna Radius, Anthem 300, and Humana PPO. Our commitment to care for you as a patient - regardless of insurance coverage - will always remain the same.
Our first priority and responsibility is to ensure that this is a smooth transition for you. We will continue to provide the same level of care and service you have come to expect.
