| Comments: | From early childhood I have been a true dental-phobic. However, Dr. Dale and his staff are quickly easing that fear from me. No other dentist has EVER been able to accomplish such a major feat before. I have gone years without dental care because of this strong fear. The first day I walked into their office I thought I was going to pass out and I was only there with my husband for his appointment. I honestly believe God has answered prayers in leading leading my husband and me to Dr. Dale and his staff. They are truly a blessing. Would I rather see them at the mall, most definitely! But, I don't have that feeling of foreboding any longer when I step through their door. Thank you Dr. Dale and ladies for being your brother's keeper. It is a blessing to see people actually answering to God and working to please Him. When you do that, then how can you not please those around you. God Bless You All!!! |

| Comments: | Hi Everyone! I just wanted to wish Dr. Dale and his staff lots of luck in their new location! My wife and I were all set to visit the open house. Unfortunately, I had the wrong date listed in the memory recall section of my brain. I had it right on my calendar, wrong in my brain. I need to review my calendar more often! I know that everyone in the office beamed with pride as they showed off the new location! Again, keep up the great work and you will be as successful in your new location as you were at the old one! |

| Comments: | Dr. Dale's staff and office are excellent examples of how customer service should be in my opinion. The staff's demeanor is pleasant, courteous, and kind. The office and it's accessories (forms, voice mail, website)is VERY professional in appearance. I like how he integrates technology into his customer service. I feel confident and assured that I am going to receive the best treatment because I know that if someone has taken the time and energy to put this much thought and detail into these things, then they will also provide excellent quality of service. I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Dale and his staff to those needing a dentist.
